Policies And Procedures Regarding Our Services

At Zen Serenity Spa, all our services are strictly for therapeutic purposes. We kindly request that you refrain from contacting us if you are seeking any form of illegal, inappropriate sexual, or erotic/sensual services. Please be aware that any attempts at making sexual advances will not be tolerated within our spa premises. Any inappropriate behavior will result in the immediate termination of services. Both clients and staff are strictly prohibited from exchanging personal information with each other. If you have any questions or concerns, we encourage you to contact the spa directly. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

We are dedicated to providing you with the best possible experience during your visit. To ensure that we can provide exclusive preparations and service for you, we reserve our staff's time, room, and products for your scheduled appointment. We kindly request that you give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged in full or voucher redeemed, as we will be unable to fill the appointment time at such short notice.
To maximize your relaxation experience, we ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to complete any necessary guest forms. Additionally, we request that you turn off your cell phone upon arrival to help maintain the serenity environment.
We greatly appreciate gratuity and prefer it to be given in cash.
If you cancel your appointment without rescheduling on the same day, you will be charged the full amount or voucher redeemed. If you cancel with at least 24 hours' notice and reschedule for another day, you will be charged a $5 fee.
